For those of you who, like me, treasured Judi Barrett's Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs as a child, a film is in the works for a animated adaptation.
Clearly they've taken some liberties with the main character:
Whatever, the animation looks beautiful. Really original.

THIS LOOKS SO HILARIOUS.
I loved this book. Because it was about food. And I love food.
This was one of my favorites along with stone soup and that one about the kid who turned everything he touched into chocolate.
I will see this in 3D. Accompanied with a sack lunch.
